Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express payments. You can also pay by check or money order, but please no cash.

Refund Policy
No refunds or credits will be granted after a program draft or session begins. If you request a refund at least 5 business days before the session begins, you will have two options: (1) Receive an immediate credit for the full amount; (2) Receive a refund, minus a 25% administration fee. A credit will be issued in the event an activity cannot be completed due to a documented medical problem. Online Registration Convenience Fees are non-refundable.

Inclement Weather/Rain out Policy
Cancellations due to weather will not be made until 4 p.m. We will contact all of our head coaches/team managers with cancellation information and coaches/team managers will contact parents/players.  Contact our Inclement Weather Hotline by dialing 706-769-2965 for current cancellations due to inclement weather conditions. 

Parent Requirement
In order for a child to participate in any competitive youth activity, at least one parent must be a current member of the Parents Association of Youth Sports (PAYS). To fulfill this requirement, a parent may complete the program on-line at http://paysonline.nays.org (code 1250) or if you need to update your membership, you must sign a Parents Code of Ethics.
